Refund policy

At Nadora Fashions we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return : 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must be in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
2. The product must not have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
3. The product must be returned with all original accessories, including boxes, bags, and documentation.

Return Procedure :
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Carefully package the product in its original packaging, if possible.
3. Include a detailed video of the product's first opening, showcasing the label with the name and barcode clearly visible. This video is required for verification purposes.
4. Ship the product back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
5. Ensure that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

Video Requirements :
The video of the product's first opening must meet the following requirements:

- The video must be clear and well-lit, with the label and barcode clearly visible.
- The video must show the product being opened for the first time, with the original packaging and tags intact.
- The video must be at least 10 seconds long and in a format that can be easily viewed by our team in MP4

Return Charges :
Please note that the customer is responsible for the following return charges:

- Return shipping cost: ₹ 80

Refunds and Exchanges :

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process a refund or exchange as requested.

- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, minus the return charges.
- Exchanges will be processed for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
